Set your static content to show as a fallback

  • Select the static products or elements from your Klaviyo template that you would like to replace with interactive content.
  • Click on the remove icon
  • Select Show For Fallback to hide this component inside of interactive emails.
    • This content will now only be shown in the static fallback template.
Tip: Make sure to hide all text, buttons, dividers, cells, and border elements related to your products to ensure a clean final template.
