Kinetic provides deep insights into how your users interact with your forms, from high-level aggregate data on your dashboard to granular, question-by-question analysis within each form’s results.

Aggregate Analytics (Dashboard)

When you first log in, your Dashboard provides an overview of how all your forms are performing in aggregate across every campaign. This is useful for seeing the total impact of Kinetic on your marketing strategy.

Total Opens

Number of times your emails containing forms were opened.

Partial Responses

Users who started the form but did not finish every page.

Complete Responses

Users who successfully answered every question in the form.

Form-Specific Analytics

To view detailed data for a specific form, follow these steps:
1
Click Forms in the left-hand sidebar.
2
Find and click on the form you wish to analyze.
3
In the top navigation bar, next to the form name, click the Results tab.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Within the Results tab, you will see a detailed breakdown of that specific form’s performance:
  • Completion Rate: The percentage of recipients who opened the email and successfully completed the entire form.
  • Avg. Time to Complete: The average time users spent interacting with the form from start to finish.
  • Interaction Uplift: A comparison of completion rates between interactive versions (AMP/Apple Mail) and the static fallback version.

Understanding User Behavior

Kinetic offers several visual tools to help you identify friction points in your forms.

Response Distribution

This chart shows you which email clients your audience is using (Apple Mail, AMP-supported clients like Gmail, or static fallbacks). This helps you understand where your interactive forms are most effective.

Funnel Analytics

The Funnel section is critical for optimizing your conversion rates:
  • Page Funnel: Visualizes the drop-off at each page of your form. If you see a large drop-off at Page 2, you may need to simplify your questions or reduce the number of fields.
  • Question Completion Rate: See which specific questions are being answered and which are being skipped.
  • Avg. Questions Answered: A high-level metric showing how much of your form the average user is willing to complete.
Identify Underperforming Questions: If a specific question has a significantly lower completion rate than others, consider removing or replacing it, making it optional, or rephrasing it for clarity.

Data Management

At the bottom of the Results page, you have tools to manage and export your data for further analysis.
