Aggregate Analytics (Dashboard)
When you first log in, your Dashboard provides an overview of how all your forms are performing in aggregate across every campaign. This is useful for seeing the total impact of Kinetic on your marketing strategy.Total Opens
Number of times your emails containing forms were opened.
Partial Responses
Users who started the form but did not finish every page.
Complete Responses
Users who successfully answered every question in the form.
Form-Specific Analytics
To view detailed data for a specific form, follow these steps:Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Within the Results tab, you will see a detailed breakdown of that specific form’s performance:- Completion Rate: The percentage of recipients who opened the email and successfully completed the entire form.
- Avg. Time to Complete: The average time users spent interacting with the form from start to finish.
- Interaction Uplift: A comparison of completion rates between interactive versions (AMP/Apple Mail) and the static fallback version.
Understanding User Behavior
Kinetic offers several visual tools to help you identify friction points in your forms.Response Distribution
This chart shows you which email clients your audience is using (Apple Mail, AMP-supported clients like Gmail, or static fallbacks). This helps you understand where your interactive forms are most effective.Funnel Analytics
The Funnel section is critical for optimizing your conversion rates:- Page Funnel: Visualizes the drop-off at each page of your form. If you see a large drop-off at Page 2, you may need to simplify your questions or reduce the number of fields.
- Question Completion Rate: See which specific questions are being answered and which are being skipped.
- Avg. Questions Answered: A high-level metric showing how much of your form the average user is willing to complete.
Data Management
At the bottom of the Results page, you have tools to manage and export your data for further analysis.Exporting Data
You can export your form results for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other BI tools.- CSV: Standard comma-separated format.
