The Playground appears in the main navigation only for agency accounts. If you don’t see it, your workspace isn’t an agency workspace.
What it’s for
- Pitch & demo tool: Build a working demo of Kinetic on a prospect’s real brand and products, so they can experience the product before signing up.
- Generated in about a minute: The AI scrapes the prospect’s Shopify URL, pulls brand context and live inventory, and wires it all into a functional form.

Let Kinetic build it
Kinetic scrapes the prospect’s site for brand context and (for Product Finder Quizzes) real product inventory, then assembles a working form — typically in about a minute. For more detail on how the underlying AI generation works, see Generate a form with AI.Manage demos in the dashboard
The Playground dashboard automatically organizes every generated form by the prospect’s company name. Click a company to expand a list of every form created for that brand. Selecting a form reveals a row of three quick-action icons:- Edit (the arrow-out-of-box icon, left) — Open the form in the standard builder to refine questions, settings, or design.
- Send preview (the paper-plane icon, middle) — Open the email delivery modal (see below). On hover it shows the tooltip “Send preview”.
- Delete (the trash icon, right) — Remove the demo form from the Playground.
Send a live preview
Click the paper-plane icon (middle of the action row) on any form to open a split-screen modal:- Left side — a live preview of a Demo Template email with the interactive form already embedded.
- Right side — sending options.
Delivery options
In the Recipients field, enter one or more email addresses. Common workflows:- Send to yourself — pull the demo up live during a sales call.
- Send to the prospect — drop the interactive demo straight into an outreach email so the prospect can experience the form in their own inbox.
